The advent of digital devices has paved the way for creation of products such as blue light blocking glasses.

These are specialty glasses that filter out the blue light from all screens, reducing eyestrain and other problems associated with prolonged screen usage.

Why Filter Out Blue-violet Light?

You can limit the amount of this harmful light and ensure your vision does not deteriorate so quickly by wearing blue light blocking glasses. These glasses are one of the best eye strain solutions.

Rahul Khurana, a spokesman for the American Academy of Ophthalmology, says that digital eyestrain and the negative effects of blue lights are two separate issues.

“We keep on thinking about blue lights from our computers and smartphones, but the reality is we get more exposure from blue light from the sunlight,” Mr. Khurana said.

He believes it’s not the blue light that’s making our eyes feel bad after a day of staring at the computer — it’s staring at a screen for hours without breaks.

  1. What I loved about your post is its broken down in to easily managed segments. It’s informative and I haven’t found any spelling errors. You’ve added relevant pictures and made it interesting.

I didn’t know about the effects of blue light so I might take action and buy some glasses from your site maybe in a months time.

I also noticed you added an “Act now” with further health symptoms which I thought was a bright idea.

It looks professionally laid out and I am struggling to suggest a constructive criticism to improve your post.

    Craig.
